проверяет целостность отопительной системы здания, наличие противопожарного инвентаря, замков, освещения совместно с сменяемым Сторожем-кочегаром; совершает наружный и внутренний обход отопительной системы, проверяя качество подаваемого тепла в здание не менее трех раз за смену; совершает наружный и внутренний обход здания, проверяя сохранность имущества за смену; при возникновении пожара на объекте поднимает тревогу, извещает работодателя, пожарную команду и дежурного по отделению полиции, принимает меры по ликвидации пожара; производит прием и сдачу смены, с соответствующей записью в журнале; соблюдает правила пожарной безопасности; соблюдает правила внутреннего трудового распорядка; выполняет правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности и противопожарной защиты; содержит в чистоте рабочее место; бережно относится к оборудованию, инструментам, приборам, материалам, спецодежде, имуществу работодателя; отвечает за выполнение приказов Об охране труда и соблюдении правил техники безопасности, Об обеспечении пожарной безопасности и других приказов работодателя; во время смены выполняет поручения и указания работодателя; соблюдает нормы этики в общении с другими работниками; проходит ежегодное медицинское обследование в установленные сроки; охраняет государственную и иную, охраняемую законом тайну, а также ставшие ему известные в связи с исполнением должностных обязанностей сведения, затрагивающие частную жизнь, честь и достоинство граждан. Дополнительно во время смены выполняет следующие обязанности: проверяет целостность охраняемого объекта (замков, наличие пломб, противопожарного инвентаря, освещения) совместно с сменяемым Сторожем-кочегаром; совершает наружный и внутренний обход охраняемого объекта (здания и помещений) не менее трех раз за смену; во время смены проверяет отключение света во всех кабинетах после рабочего дня.
