The posting

Осуществляет оказание высококвалифицированной помощи больным, находящимся на лечении в реанимационной палате хирургического отделения. Оказывает консультативную помощь врачам по ведению и лечению тяжелых больных во всех отделениях ЦРБ. При необходимости проводит реанимационные мероприятия. Контролирует работу медсестер-анестезистов в палате реанимации, при даче наркоза. При необходимости оказывает действенную помощь в их работе. Осуществляет контроль за постановкой подключичных катетеров, профилактикой и регистрацией возможных осложнений. Осуществляет транспортировку больных по санитарной авиации как в пределах района, так и в ЛПУ области. Следит за бесперебойным снабжением хирургического отделения кислородом и закисью азота. Своевременно подавать заявки на анестетики и миорелаксанты. Осуществляет контроль за назначением и использованием кровезаменителей по отделениям ЦРБ. Принимает участие в проведении медицинских советов, врачебных семинарах и конференциях. Постоянно находится в больнице в течение всего дежурства. О месте нахождения информировать дежурного фельдшера приемного покоя. Проводит вечерний обход в отделениях ЦРБ с записями в историях болезни тяжелых больных, оставленными под наблюдением лечащими врачами, в выходные и праздничные дни утром и вечером. Оказывает неотложную помощь (в объеме общеврачебной помощи) больным, находящимся в отделениях районной больницы, а также доставленным в больницу по скорой помощи. Вызывает дежурных специалистов. а) в случае необходимости оказания неотложной квалифицированной медицинской помощи больным. б) для решения вопроса о госпитализации больного в отделение по экстренным показаниям. Во время дежурства обеспечивает решение всех организационных вопросов по своевременному оказанию медицинской помощи населению района. Следит за порядком в отделениях и на территории больницы. Следит за своевременностью и качеством приготовления пищи, согласно инструкции по контролю за качеством приготовления пищи. Примечание: снятие пробы и разрешения к выдаче пищи производятся в обед в 12.30ч, ужин в 18.00ч, завтрак в 8.15ч. О серьезных происшествиях во время дежурства, невозможности решения производственных проблем ставит в известность администрацию больницы. Наблюдает больных, находящихся в приемном покое, согласно рекомендации дежурного специалиста.
