Обслуживание административных зданий и помещений организации: обеспечение их надлежащего состояния, мелкий ремонт; Прием заявок на товары и услуги для обеспечения рабочего процесса, сервисное обслуживание или устранение неисправностей мебели, офисного и бытового оборудования, определение потребности работников в офисном оборудовании, канцелярских, хозяйственных и сопутствующих товарах; Подготовка плана поставки и формирование заказа на поставку товаров и услуг; Организация процесса закупки и приобретение товаров и услуг: поиск товаров и услуг, соответствующих потребностям организации, подбор поставщиков, подготовка документов для проведения процедуры отбора поставщиков и закупки, сопровождение процедуры заключения контрактов на поставку товаров и предоставление услуг; Проверка соответствия поставляемых товаров необходимому количеству и качеству, а также заявленным маркировкам и характеристикам; Составление сводных учетных и отчетных документов по определению потребностей в товарах и услугах, о движении товарно-материальных ценностей организации, их использовании и состоянии, о поставке и использовании товаров и услуг; Проведение инвентаризации ТМЦ, подготовка к утилизации ТМЦ пришедших в негодность или не требующих дальнейшего использования; Руководство работой сотрудников отдела (ведущего инженера, кладовщиков, уборщиков служебных помещений, разнорабочих): составление табеля учета рабочего времени, графика отпусков, контроль качества выполняемых ими работ и соблюдения внутреннего трудового распорядка и трудовой дисциплины.

Образование не ниже среднего профессионального и дополнительное профессиональное образование по направлению деятельности; Опыт работы от 5 лет; Опытный пользователь ПК, знание офисных программ, 1С; Знание ФЗ №44.
