Уметь разбираться в схемах средств измерения, автоматики безопасности и систем автоматического регулирования тепловых процессов;Знать устройство и работу контрольно-измерительных приборов, электронных регуляторов, автоматики безопасности и другого оборудования автоматизации тепловых процессов, уметь произвести ремонт, наладку и пуск его в работу;Выполнять графики планово-предупредительных ремонтов оборудования КИПиА;Выполнять распоряжения руководителей (начальника службы КИП и А, главного энергетика, ответственного лица за исправное состояние и безопасную эксплуатацию котлов, начальника участка котельных, заместителя начальника комплекса (теплового) по эксплуатации котельных установок);Фиксировать все поломки, отказы в работе оборудования и устранять их;О всех аварийных ситуациях, выходе из строя оборудования сообщать начальнику службы КИП и А, в его отсутствие - главному энергетику или диспетчеру диспетчерской службы;Ежесменно проверять оборудование, находящиеся в работе (проверка правильности показаний приборов, работоспособности систем автоматического регулирования и автоматики безопасности, выявление утечек газа и их немедленное устранение);1 раз в 10 дней совместно с оператором и начальником участка котельных проверять работу автоматики безопасности котлов без отсечки газа, в последнюю декаду месяца с отсечкой газа и с участием начальника службы КИП и А;Знать порядок пуска и останов котла, работу основных теплотехнических агрегатов, на которых смонтировано оборудование КИП;Соблюдать правила техники безопасности при работе с электроинструментом, при работе на заточных и сверлильных станках;Содержать свое рабочее место и инструмент в чистоте и порядке;1 раз в 10 дней проводить плановое обмыливание импульсных линий приборов и сигнализаторов;
