Основные обязанности: Организация и сопровождение закупок по 44-ФЗ: планирование, подготовка документации, размещение в ЕИС, заключение и исполнение контрактов; Определение и обоснование НМЦК, взаимодействие с поставщиками, приемка товаров, работ и услуг; Проверка первичных документов, участие в экспертизе результатов контрактов, ведение претензионной работы; Бюджетный учет и планирование: работа в СМАРТ-Бюджет, СУФД, Электронном бюджете, анализ исполнения сметы и лимитов; Подготовка документов по передаче и списанию имущества, участие в инвентаризации; Внутренний финансовый контроль, контроль закупок в подведомственных учреждениях; Взаимодействие с ГКУ РХ Межведомственный центр по бухгалтерскому учету и отчетности; Подготовка ответов на запросы и обращения, методическая работа с подведомственными учреждениями. Требования (кратко): знание 44-ФЗ, бюджетного законодательства, опыт работы в сфере закупок и финансового обеспечения, навыки работы в ЕИС, СУФД, СМАРТ-Бюджет, Электронный бюджет .

Знание Федерального закона № 44-ФЗ О контрактной системе и нормативных актов в сфере закупок; нание бюджетного законодательства РФ и Республики Хакасия, основ бюджетного учета и планирования; Опыт работы в сфере закупок и финансово-экономического обеспечения; Навыки работы в ЕИС, СУФД, СМАРТ-Бюджет, Электронный бюджет; Умение составлять планы-графики, документацию о закупках, проекты контрактов и допсоглашений; Навыки определения и обоснования НМЦК, проверки первичных документов, проведения инвентаризации; Навыки делопроизводства, работы с обращениями граждан и организаций; Высшее образование (соответствующее направлению деятельности).
