Ведет прием граждан и представителей юридических лиц; осуществляет оформление документов для предоставления и переоформления прав на земельные участки; выявление правообладателей ранее учтенных объектов недвижимости; организует работу по федеральной информационной адресной системе (ФИАС); участвует в разработке проектов нормативно-правовых актов в области регулирования земельных отношений городского поселения; организует работы по охране окружающей среды земель, недопущению захламления земель на территории ГП "Поселок Сангар". - осуществляет сбор информации об объектах землеустройства, содержащихся в картографических материалах, государственном фонде данных, полученных в результате проведения землеустройства, топогеодезических работ, государственного земельного и градостроительного кадастров и иной связанной с использованием и перераспределением земель, документации; - участвует в работах по территориальному землеустройству - определение границ объекта землеустройства в качестве представителя городского поселения; согласование границ с землепользователями, права которых могут быть затронуты; - осуществляет прием по акту закрепленных на местности межевых знаков и составленных описаний местоположения границ объекта землеустройства (абрис) контроль за сохранностью межевых знаков. - готовит проекты договоров аренды земельных участков и безвозмездного срочного пользования земельными участками, дополнительных соглашений к договорам аренды земельных участков; - проводит государственную регистрацию договоров аренды земельных участков, дополнительных соглашений к договорам аренды земельных участков. участвует в подготовке и утверждению ставок земельного налога и арендной платы за земельные участки и участие в кадастровой оценке земель; составляет реестры арендаторов земельных участков; отслеживает поступление арендной платы за земельные участки, уведомляет арендаторов о задолженности по арендной плате; осуществляет работу по ведению базы данных о земельных участках и землепользователях, по земельному налогу; предоставляет информацию о проделанной работе в сфере управления и распоряжения земельными участками разграничения государственной собственности на землю оформления и переоформления прав на земельные участки и т.д.
