Организация труда сpеднегo и млaдшегo мед. пepсонaлa (cocтавлeние гpaфикoв работы пepсoнaла, раccтaнoвкa кaдpoв c учётoм дейcтвующих cтандартов и норм, планирование нагрузки, подбор кадров, адаптация новых сотрудников, разработка внутренних инструкций, решение конфликтов); Контроль качества работы (проверка выполнения врачебных назначений, качества выполнения мед. процедур мед. сестрами, соблюдения лечебного и санитарно-эпидемиологического режимов, санитарных правил и норм, прохождение мед. осмотров всего персонала, производственный контроль, организация и учет обращения с мед. отходами, за качеством приготовления блюд, снятие проб, ); Управление ресурсами и оборудованием (закупка, учёт и распределение медицинских медикаментов, инструментов, перевязочных материалов, дезинфицирующих средств. Контроль за техническим обслуживанием и ремонтом медицинской аппаратуры); Работа с документацией (ведение журналов учёта, составление отчётов, заполнение медицинских карт и протоколов, в том числе в электронном формате, договоров на закуп медикаментов и мед. оборудования, мед. услуги, тех. обслуживания мед. оборудования, предоставление мед. данных для платных мед. услуг, документооборот с контрагентами и министерствами, составление, оформление ответов на запросы, жалобы, стат. данные и отчеты, пакет документов для СЭЗ, лицензирования видов мед. деятельности, для ГИС ОМС и прочий документооборот); Маркировка лекарственных препаратов (сроки передачи данных, электронный документооборот (ЭДО), регистратор выбытия для вывода из оборота лекарств и прочее); Повышение квалификации мед. персонала (организация обучения, участие в семинарах, контроль своевременного прохождения циклов специализации и курсов усовершенствования, график обучения и места обучения); Контроль за соблюдением стандартов (проверка соблюдения правил асептики и антисептики, а также других требований к работе персонала); Участие в профилактических мероприятиях (по предупреждению производственного травматизма и профессиональных заболеваний, противоэпидемических мероприятий, в проведении дератизации, дезинсекции, акарицидной обработки территории и прочие).
