Трудовые функции. Основная идея сопровождать детский коллектив (группу, объединение) и создавать условия для его развития, но под руководством педагогического работника . В рамках этого вожатый может, например: планировать деятельность коллектива, проводить игры и сборы для его сплочения, помогать в работе детских общественных организаций, создавать благоприятную среду для самореализации детей, заботиться об их здоровье и безопасности.

Знания и навыки Знания. Нужно разбираться в законодательных и нормативных актах (в том числе международных) в сфере защиты прав ребёнка, в вопросах организации отдыха детей, деятельности детских и молодёжных организаций, а также в вопросах информационной безопасности (включая защиту персональных данных) и в локальных актах школы. base.garant.ru Умения. Вожатый должен уметь составлять ежедневный план работы для детского коллектива с учётом возрастных особенностей, подбирать материалы для игр и сборов, анализировать внешние факторы (время, погоду, безопасность), информировать детей о возможностях участия в проектах. fs.edu21.cap.ru Практические навыки.
