Обеспечивает организационно-техническую подготовку и проведение заседаний комиссии по делам несовершеннолетних и защите их прав, организовывает ведение делопроизводства комиссии в соответствии с утвержденной номенклатурой дел

Высшее педагогическое или высшее юридическое образование, стаж муниципальной службы (государственной службы) или стаж (опыт по специальности): не менее двух лет стажа муниципальной службы или стажа работы по специальности, направлению подготовки, а для лиц, имеющих дипломы специалиста или магистра с отличием, в течение трех лет со дня выдачи диплома не менее одного года стажа муниципальной службы или стажа работы по специальности, направлению подготовки. Отсутствие заболевания, препятствующего поступлению на муниципальную службу. Достижение возраста 21 года. Согласно Закону Приморского края от 04.06.2007 № 82-КЗ О муниципальной службе в Приморском крае при замещении должности муниципальной службы, исполнение должностных обязанностей по которой связано с выполнением отдельных государственных полномочий, заключению трудового договора предшествует конкурс.
