Врач по лечебной физкультуре должен знать: - физиологию и биохимию мышечной деятельности; - особенности реакции на физическую нагрузку в детском и пожилом возрасте; - динамическую анатомию (биомеханику движений); - гигиену физических упражнений и спортивных сооружений; - санитарно-гигиенические нормы для залов групповых и индивидуальных занятий, лечебной гимнастикой, кабинета механотерапии, тренажеров, бассейна лечебного плавания и гимнастики в воде, спортплощадок, маршрутов пешеходных и лыжных прогулок и терренкура и др. спортсооружений (устройства, размеры, освещение, вентиляция, температура воздуха и воды); - классификацию гимнастических, спортивно-прикладных и игровых физических упражнений в лечебной физкультуре; - расчетные нормы нагрузки специалистов по лечебной физкультуре и спортивной медицине (врача, инструктора-методиста, инструктора, медсестры по массажу); - виды, методики и дозировки лечебного и спортивного массажа; - методики бытовой и трудовой реабилитации;- сочетание лечебной физкультуры с физиотерапевтическими процедурами, вытяжением, мануальной терапией; - программы этапной физической реабилитации больных с инфарктом миокарда; - частные методики лечебной физкультуры для больных в терапии, хирургии, травматологии и ортопедии, неврологии, урологии, акушерстве и гинекологии, при заболеваниях ЛОР органов, при глазных болезнях, в стоматологии, в т.ч. методики лечебной физкультуры для детей; - морфо-функциональные характеристики спортсменов различных видов спорта; - основы теории и методики физического воспитания и спортивной тренировки; - методы иммунологического контроля в спорте; - организации и методы допинг-контроля в спорте; - особенности спортивного отбора детей и подростков; - особенности методик, спортивной тренировки и соревнований спортсменов-инвалидов; - клинические проявления и методы диагностики заболеваний, повреждений и дефектов организма (в т.ч. врожденных), препятствующих отбору в профессиональный спорт; - клинические признаки, методы диагностики, принципы профилактики и лечения физического перенапряжения, сердечно-сосудистой системы, опорно-двигательного аппарата, нервной системы, функции печени и почек; - классификацию спортивных травм, методы профилактики, оказания неотложной помощи, лечения и спортивной реабилитации; - систему восстановления и повышения специальной спортивной работоспособности; - программу медицинского обследования лиц, занимающихся массовыми видами спорта, оздоровительной физкультурой и физвоспитанием; - принципы оздоровительного спорта, диагностики физического здоровья и оценки эффективности оздоровления; - сочетание форм, средств и методов оздоровительного спорта в рецептуре здоровье сохраняющих и здоровье восстанавливающих медицинских технологий; - программу углубленного медицинского обследования спортсменов сборных команд России и их ближайшего резерва.
