Разработка перспективных и текущих планов работы учреждения, включая творческо-производственную и финансово-хозяйственную деятельность. Организация работы персонала . Распределение заданий между подчинёнными, координация их деятельности, контроль за соблюдением производственной и трудовой дисциплины. Директор участвует в подборе кадров, расстановке персонала, может утверждать штатное расписание, должностные инструкции. Контроль качества и эффективности работы . Оценка результатов деятельности учреждения, анализ эффективности использования ресурсов. Представление интересов учреждения . Директор действует от имени учреждения в отношениях с государственными органами, органами местного самоуправления, другими организациями. Обеспечение безопасных условий труда .
