Врач-психиатр обязан осуществлять следующие трудовые функции: 2.1. Оказывает обеспечиваемым психиатрическую помощь. 2.2. Выполняет перечень работ и услуг для диагностики заболевания, оценки состояния больного и клинической ситуации в соответствии со стандартом медицинской помощи. 2.3. Выполняет перечень работ и услуг для лечения заболевания, состояния, клинической ситуации в соответствии со стандартом медицинской помощи. 2.4. Ведет медицинскую документацию в установленном порядке. 2.5. Соблюдает принципы врачебной этики. 2.6. Руководит работой среднего и младшего медицинского персонала. 2.7. Проводит санитарно-просветительную работу среди обеспечиваемых по укреплению здоровья и профилактике заболеваний, пропаганде здорового образа жизни. 2.8. Определяет показания к виду последующей медицинской помощи: амбулаторной (лечебно-консультативная или диспансерное наблюдение), полустационарной или в условиях стационара; при наличии показаний направить или организовать перевод обеспечиваемого в реанимационное отделение многопрофильной больницы, организовать диагностику, наблюдение, лечение и реабилитацию обеспечиваемых, страдающих психическими расстройствами, в соответствии с клиническими показаниями и уровнем социальной адаптации/дезадаптации на всех этапах оказания психиатрической помощи; определяет показания к неотложной госпитализации, а в необходимых случаях ее организует в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации; осуществляет освидетельствование и госпитализацию обеспечиваемого в недобровольном порядке с соблюдением при этом всех предусмотренных законодательством процедур. 2.9. Разрабатывает (совместно с психологом, специалистом по социальной работе (социальным работником)) индивидуальные комплексные программы психосоциальной реабилитации обеспечиваемых и осуществляет их совместно с указанными специалистами на данном этапе помощи. 2.10. Организовывает и дифференцированно привлекает обеспечиваемых к различным формам лечебно-трудовой деятельности. 2.11. Проводит мероприятия по предупреждению рецидивов и осложнений заболевания, а также предупреждению общественно-опасных деяний обеспечиваемых, дает рекомендации по поддерживающей терапии, трудовые и социально-гигиенические рекомендации обеспечиваемому его родственникам. 2.12. Проводит диспансеризацию больных. 2.13. Ведет всю необходимую медицинскую документацию. 2.14. Проводит санитарно-просветительную работу. 2.15. Составляет отчеты о своей работе и осуществляет анализ ее эффективности. В случае служебной необходимости врач-психиатр может привлекаться к выполнению своих обязанностей сверхурочно, в порядке, предусмотренном положениями федерального законодательства о труде.
