Продавать металл на 300 000 ₽ в месяц? Этому можно научиться. Ищем тех, кто хочет продавать сложные продукты дорого. Нам не важно, торговали вы до этого арматурой или круассанами. Главное — чтобы вы умели слушать, не боялись поднимать трубку и хотели системно зарабатывать. Есть своя база? Отлично. Опыта в металлоторговле — ноль? Первые два месяца за вами закреплен наставник. Вы будете ездить на встречи к застройщикам и производственникам, разбираться в трубах и арматуре на реальных сделках и получать оклад + 20% от маржи. Никакой бесплатной стажировки. Что по деньгам: План продаж абсолютно реальный: 2–3 хороших контракта в месяц. Потолка нет. Средний доход с 3-го месяца — 130 000 ₽. Лучшие забирают 220 000+. Все выплаты — дважды в месяц, без задержек. Что делать: звонить, выезжать на встречи, холодный поиск, работать с нашей теплой базой (15 000+ контактов), оформлять сделки в 1С и доводить клиента до договора. От нас: офис в 7 минутах от м. «Электрозаводская», график 5/2 (пятница — короткий день) и команда, где продажи — это азарт. Никогда не продавали металл?
