Обеспечивать безаварийную эксплуатацию систем автоматики, систем вентиляции и кондиционирования, закрепленных за филиалом, согласно инструкций и руководства по эксплуатации. Участвовать в составлении и обеспечивать выполнение графика планово-предупредительного ремонта оборудования систем вентиляции, контроля доступа и видеонаблюдения зданий и сооружений. Участвовать в оформлении заявки в технический отдел и отдел снабжения на запчасти для ремонта технологического оборудования и электронных компонентов. Участвовать в своевременном обслуживании технологического оборудования, как силами филиала, так и силами подрядных организаций. Участвовать в предоставлении актов на списание по расходу запчастей, комплектующих и электронных компонентов, в соответствии с положениями Общества. Обеспечивать совместно с Техническим отделом исполнение арендаторами обязательств по содержанию и эксплуатации офисных помещений, полученных в пользование по договору аренды. Участвовать в составлении годовых и перспективных планов по строительству, реконструкции и капитальному ремонту зданий, сооружений и инженерных коммуникаций. Участвовать в подготовке договоров по техническому обслуживанию слаботочных систем. Осуществлять надзор за ходом выполнения работ по техническому обслуживанию, ремонту и наладке слаботочного оборудования. Участвовать в составлении дефектных ведомостей при ремонте и обслуживании систем вентиляции, кондиционированию, без ключевого доступа и видеонаблюдения. Осуществлять рациональное распределение обязанностей, функций, задач между работниками с учетом их должностных обязанностей. Следить и обеспечивать выполнение приказов и поручений вышестоящего руководства.

Образование среднее техническое. Специальность по образованию Техник по эксплуатации слаботочных систем, систем вентиляции и кондиционированию, систем без ключевого доступа и видеосистем. Опыт работы от 2-х лет. Знание нормативной базы (СНиП, СП, ГОСТ, СанПиН). Опыт в сфере эксплуатации офисных слаботочных систем. Успешный опыт работы с объектами нового строительства (ввода в эксплуатацию).
