Вакансия компании: Камета Вакансия: Начальник склада цветного металла (металлобазы) в ООО «КАМЕТА» ООО «КАМЕТА» — надёжный игрок на рынке оптовой продажи цветного металлопроката. Мы работаем с широким ассортиментом продукции: сплавы на основе меди, медная катка, медная проволока и другие позиции. Наша компания ценит профессионализм, стабильность и командный подход — и сейчас мы ищем сильного руководителя складского направления, который поможет нам держать высокую планку качества и эффективности. Мы предлагаем ответственную и интересную роль: вы будете управлять участком приёма лома и отгрузки готовой продукции, контролировать работу оборудования и обеспечивать безупречную документационную дисциплину. Это позиция для опытного специалиста, который умеет выстраивать процессы и обучать команду. Что нужно будет делать: Организовывать и контролировать приём лома цветных металлов, следить за качеством и соответствием нормативам. Обеспечивать своевременную отгрузку готовой продукции и координировать работу персонала на участке. Готовить и проверять отгрузочные документы, следить за корректностью оформления и соблюдением сроков. Вести складской учёт, контролировать остатки ТМЦ, регулярно проводить инвентаризации и анализировать расхождения. Контролировать работу прессового оборудования и линии по разделке кабеля, следить за исправностью и безопасностью эксплуатации. Обучать и наставничать сотрудников склада, помогать им осваивать стандарты работы и повышать эффективность. Кого мы ищем: Опыт работы с ломом меди — обязательно: вы должны уверенно ориентироваться в особенностях приёма, сортировки и учёта. Практическое знание работы прессового оборудования и линий разделки кабеля: умение настраивать, контролировать и оперативно выявлять отклонения. Уверенные навыки складского учёта и контроля ТМЦ: опыт работы с инвентаризациями, учётом остатков и контролем отгрузок. Способность обучать и передавать знания: важно не только самому владеть процессами, но и помогать команде расти. Условия работы: Конкурентная заработная плата — от 90 000 до 120 000 рублей. График: пн.–пт. с 09:00 до 19:00, сб. с 09:00 до 17:00. Режим работы: две недели через две — чтобы сохранять баланс между интенсивностью и отдыхом. Официальное трудоустройство в соответствии с ТК РФ.
