2.1.1. Обеспечивает бесперебойное и качественное теплоснабжение потребителей. 2.1.2. Обеспечивает сохранность, исправное состояние и безопасную эксплуатацию тепломеханического оборудования котельной, газового оборудования, тепловых сетей, механизмов, инструментов, запчастей, приборов КИПиА, приспособлений, инвентаря и материалов, транспортных и грузоподъемных средств, производственных и санитарно-бытовых помещений. 2.1.3. Обеспечивает правильную эксплуатацию и эффективность работы вентиляционных устройств, и нормальное освещение помещений и рабочих мест. 2.1.5. Составляет заявки на материалы, запчасти, инструмент и оборудование, необходимые для нормальной эксплуатации котельных. 2.1.6. Обеспечивает составление и выполнение планов технического обслуживания и ремонта оборудования. 2.1.7. Производит отключение котлов, вывод оборудования в ремонт после согласования с руководством. 2.1.8. Осуществляет контроль за проведением ремонта оборудования. Принимает оборудование из ремонта с составлением двухстороннего акта.

Образование высшее техническое ( Теплоснабжение и тепловентиляция ) либо высшее (любое направление) с дополнительной переподготовкой по специальности Теплоснабжение и тепловентиляция .
