The posting

Планирование и внедрение логистических процессов для материальных потоков в цехе, разработка стандартных процедур транспортировки, складирования и комплектации материалов с учётом такта производства автокомпонентов для российского рынка. Оптимизация логистических маршрутов и планировки рабочих мест, контроль складских запасов и оборачиваемости материалов, сокращение залежалых и неликвидных остатков. Участие в подготовке технологических инструкций по логистике на русском языке, обучение персонала логистических подразделений, стандартизация маркировки, сортировки и погрузочно-разгрузочных операций. Взаимодействие с производственными подразделениями, отделом технического контроля и закупок, координация обеспечения материалами, отслеживание логистических отклонений и их устранение на принципах замкнутого цикла. Соблюдение требований промышленной безопасности, пожарной охраны и локальных нормативов в области логистики, обслуживание складского оборудования и тары. Ведение статистических данных по логистике, формирование и архивирование учётной документации, участие в подготовке к сертификационным аудитам и проверкам со стороны заказчиков, обеспечение эффективного, бесперебойного и соответствующего нормативам функционирования логистического звена.

Опыт работы в области производственной логистики на промышленном предприятии от 2 3 лет. Опыт работы в автомобильной отрасли или на предприятиях с серийным производством будет преимуществом. Знание принципов бережливого производства, методов оптимизации материальных потоков. Профессиональные навыки: Разработка и внедрение стандартов транспортировки, складирования, комплектации материалов. Опыт оптимизации логистических маршрутов, планировки складов и производственных участков. Навыки управления запасами, контроля оборачиваемости материалов, выявления и сокращения неликвидных остатков. Умение составлять технологические инструкции, проводить обучение персонала (комплектовщики, водители склада, грузчики). Взаимодействие с производством, ОТК, отделом закупок для синхронизации материального обеспечения. Навыки работы с ERP-системами (учёт материалов, движение ТМЦ), уверенное владение Excel. Знание нормативной базы: Понимание требований промышленной безопасности, пожарной охраны, правил складского хозяйства. Знание российских норм в области логистики и складского учёта (применительно к производственному предприятию).
