The posting

- Формировать, вести и вносить изменения в План-график закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд в Автоматизированной информационной системе государственного заказа Санкт-Петербурга (АИС ГЗ) и на официальном сайте Единой информационной системы в сфере закупок (ЕИС) в установленном порядке. - Участвовать в разработке и организовывать согласование документации для осуществления закупок, документации для осуществления закупки у единственного поставщика (подрядчика, исполнителя), проектов контрактов (договоров), включая работу с КТРУ, ККН. - Осуществлять подготовку заседаний Единой комиссии по осуществлению закупок Учреждения (Единая комиссия) и оформлять необходимые документы, в том числе в АИС ГЗ, в ЕИС и на электронной торговой площадке. - Обеспечивать заключение контрактов (договоров), включая их формирование на электронной торговой площадке и в ЕИС, по результатам проведенных закупок. - Проводить учет, регистрацию заключенных контрактов (договоров) в установленном действующим законодательством Российской Федерации порядке. - Осуществлять подготовку отчетности по установленным формам, вести реестры по предмету деятельности. - Осуществлять взаимодействие с Комитетом по государственному заказу Санкт-Петербурга посредством АИС ГЗ, участвовать слушателем в семинарах, совещаниях и заседаниях по предмету деятельности. - Готовить письма, запросы, служебные записки и иные документы по предмету деятельности. - Осуществлять функции контрактного управляющего, взаимодействовать с контрагентами по заключенным контрактам (договорам).

Должен знать требования законодательства Российской Федерации, Санкт-Петербурга и нормативных правовых актов, регулирующих деятельность в сфере закупок; основы гражданского, бюджетного, земельного, трудового и административного законодательства в части применения к закупкам; основы антимонопольного законодательства; основы бухгалтерского учета в части применения к закупкам; особенности составления закупочной документации; основы информатики в части применения к закупкам; основы статистики в части применения к закупкам; этику делового общения и правила ведения переговоров; порядок согласования и формирования требований к закупаемым товарам, работам, услугам. Требования к квалификации. Высшее образование, опыт практической работы не менее 3 (Трех) лет в сфере закупок; повышение квалификации по направлению Управление государственными и муниципальными закупками не реже одного раза в 5 (Пять) лет.
