- вести учет земель, находящихся в границах муниципального образования; - участвовать в разработке проектов планировки территории поселения; - составлять оперативную и ежегодную отчетность о состоянии и использовании земель, технической инвентаризации объектов муниципальной собственности, регистрации права муниципальной собственности на объекты недвижимости; - вести учет поступивших обращений и запросов граждан по вопросам земельных и имущественных отношений, контролирует соблюдение сроков их рассмотрения; - принимать участие в разработке проектов постановлений и распоряжений по вопросам планировки, застройки, благоустройства; - осуществлять присвоение адресного ориентира земельным участкам и объектам капитального строительства; -готовить ордера на производство земляных работ; - готовить ответы на запросы государственных органов, органов местного самоуправления, должностных лиц по вопросам земельных и имущественных отношений администрации; - рассматривать в соответствии с действующим законодательством обращения граждан по вопросам, относящимся к своей компетенции; - заниматься вопросами организации в границах муниципального образования электро-, газо-, и водоснабжения; - вести реестр площадок накопления ТКО; проводить предварительную работу для согласования мест накопления ТКО физических и юридических лиц; - ежегодно проводить работу по выявлению мест произрастания борщевика Сосновского на территории поселения. Составляет отчетность по данному направлению деятельности администрации; - осуществлять размещение документов в ФГИС ТП; ГИС ЭКОЛОГИЯ, ФИАС, СКДФ. - вести реестр дорожного фонда на территории Стуловского сельского поселения; - приводить в соответствие с действующим законодательством ПЗЗ, генеральный план и другие документы территориального планирования; - ежегодно представлять сведения о доходах, расходах об имуществе и обязательствах имущественного характера (сроки, определенные действующим законодательством). - участвовать в проведении мероприятий, способствующих сбору земельного, транспортного налога и налога на имущество физических лиц;
