Сейчас мы приглашаем в команду Руководителя IT-отдела, который поможет обеспечить стабильную работу IT-инфраструктуры и выстроить системную работу IT-службы. Чем предстоит заниматься: Организовывать работу IT-отдела, распределять задачи и контролировать сроки их выполнения. Обеспечивать стабильную работу серверов, 1С, сети, Wi-Fi, VPN, телефонии и других IT-систем компании. Организовывать техническую поддержку пользователей и работу с IT-заявками. Контролировать доступы, резервное копирование и информационную безопасность. Сопровождать Битрикс24, корпоративную почту, Google-сервисы, СКУД и видеонаблюдение. Взаимодействовать с IT-подрядчиками, контролировать лицензии, сервисы и подписки, участвовать в развитии IT-инфраструктуры и внедрении цифровых инструментов. Будет преимуществом:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Опыт работы с IT-инфраструктурой и понимание серверов, сетей, VPN и резервного копирования. Опыт сопровождения 1С и корпоративных IT-систем. Знание принципов информационной безопасности и управления доступами. Умение организовывать работу IT-службы, расставлять приоритеты и контролировать выполнение задач. Опыт работы с Битрикс24, телефонией, СКУД, видеонаблюдением и IT-подрядчиками будет плюсом. Преимуществом будет опыт работы на производственном предприятии и внедрения IT-регламентов, систем учета заявок и цифровых инструментов.
