Что детям не нужны просто аниматоры в костюмах, им нужна легенда, конфликт и эпичный финал? Тогда мы ищем именно тебя!Твоя миссия: В отдел культурных программ требуется Креативный сценарист/актер, который умеет превращать обычную комнату в заброшенный замок, а обычный день рождения в спасательную операцию по спасению галактики.Что ты будешь делать:Писать умопомрачительные сценарии и вживаться в образы от которых у детей (и взрослых!) бегут мурашки.Придумывать персонажей, в которых влюбляются с первого взгляда.Создавать механики квестов, которые заставляют мозг работать, а сердце биться чаще.Работать в команде, где твоя безумная идея это не слишком много, а в самый раз .Мы ищем тебя, если:Ты знаешь разницу между просто сказкой и глубоким сторителлингом .Твой мозг генерирует идеи быстрее, чем нейросеть.Ты понимаешь современный детский культурный код (знаешь, кто такой Skibidi, но при этом ценишь классику).Что взамен:Никакой рутины: каждый проект это новый жанр (от киберпанка до фэнтези).Творческая свобода: мы даем площадку, ты даешь магию.Команда, которая говорит с тобой на одном языке.

Образование в области культуры, искусства и менеджмента событий или связанных с ними областях (режиссура массовых представлений, социально-культурная деятельность, актерское искусство, музыкальное искусство). Креативность, коммуникабельность, любовь к творчеству, умение работать в коллективе, наличие опыта организации и проведения развлекательно-игровых, культурно-досуговых, культурно-просветительских мероприятий. Опыт работы в детских учреждениях (лагерях), кружках, на анимации приветствуется.
