Проверят наличие на проектах договоров, представленных для визирования в юридический отдел, виз руководителей структурных подразделений, с которыми эти проекты должны быть согласованы. Осуществляет подготовку претензий и материалов к ним в количестве экземпляров, необходимых для передачи претензий контрагенту-нарушителю. Составляет проекты ответов на претензии и осуществляет согласование их с заинтересованными подразделениями. Осуществляет подготовку исковых заявлений и материалов для предъявления в суды. Изучает исковые заявления, направленные Учреждению, готовит, при наличии отзывы (возражения) на поступившие исковые заявления. Представляет интересы Учреждения в суде, в арбитражном суде, а также в государственных и иных органах власти при рассмотрении правовых вопросов. Изучает решения, определения, постановления судов, при наличии оснований обжалует судебные акты в апелляционном, кассационном и надзорном порядке. Представляет интересы Учреждения в государственных надзорных органах, уполномоченных рассматривать дела об административных правонарушениях, выявленных в Учреждении. Рассматривает предписания надзорных органов, при наличии возражений, готовит правовое обоснование позиции Учреждения в пределах компетенции юридического отдела. Осуществляет правовую экспертизу, при необходимости с составлением заключения, проектов приказов, инструкций, положений и других актов правового характера, подготавливаемых в Учреждении, визирует их, а также участвует, в необходимых случаях, в подготовке (разработке) этих документов. По распоряжению директора интерната, непосредственного руководителя готовит ответы на запросы юридических, физических лиц (в том числе на запросы государственных органов). Ведет журнал исходящей документации, подготовленной юридическим отделом, с присвоением номера и даты отправления документов. Осуществляет учет и хранение находящихся в производстве и законченных исполнением судебных дел. Принимает непосредственное участие в подготовке (разработке) коллективного договора, изменений в коллективный договор. Участвует в работе закупочной комиссии Учреждения. Оказывает всестороннюю правовую помощь структурным подразделениям Оформляет материалы, с соблюдением действующего законодательства, о привлечении работников к дисциплинарной и материальной ответственности.
