Мониторинг нормативов ликвидности Банка России и недопущение критических уровней. Организация сотрудничества с банками-контрагентами и участниками рынка. Организация документарной работы с банками-контрагентами, включая процедуру KYC. Управление финансовыми потоками Банка и ведение платежной позиции Банка на ежедневной основе. Управление валютной позицией Банка. Заключение и оформление сделок на межбанковском рынке, таких как МБК, конверсионных операций, сделок Процентный своп, Валютный своп, форвард и иных сделок, необходимых для инвестирования свободных средств и хеджирования позиций. Заключение и оформление сделок на рынке ценных бумаг, в том числе сделок по покупке-продаже облигаций и еврооблигаций, сделок прямого и обратного РЕПО как на биржевом (через брокера), так и на внебиржевом рынке Предоставление котировок клиентам Банка по покупке/продаже иностранной валюты, валютным свопам, и иным финансовым инструментам, индикативных процентных ставок по депозитным операциям. Установление курсов покупки/продажи безналичной иностранной валюты для корпоративных клиентов Банка. Осуществление оценки, мониторинга и контроля риска изменения курсов и кросс-курсов иностранных валют. Оформление, ведение и обновление договорной базы с контрагентами Банка, ведение досье. Осуществление мониторинга ключевых рыночных ставок и показателей состояния денежного рынка. Составление служебных записок в Управление рисков для установления лимитов на операции Казначейства и контрагентов. .Проведение переговоров с клиентами Банка по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции Казначейства.

Не менее 5 лет на позициях по данному направлению Квалификационный аттестат ФСФР с присвоением ему квалификации специалиста финансового рынка по брокерской, дилерской деятельности и деятельности по управлению ценными бумагами. знания и навыки в следующих областях: 3.1.Стратегическое и бизнес планирование; 3.2.Управление ликвидностью; Управление активами и пассивами банка; Управление процентным, валютным рисками; Кредитование на межбанковском рынке; Операции с ценными бумагами, РЕПО; Валютные операции; Знание нормативов Банка России
