1. Подготовка исходных данных для составления проектно-перспективных, годовых и оперативных планов хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности учреждений. 2. Расчет по материалам расходам, трудовым и финансовым затратам, необходимых для проводимых работ. 3. Проведение экономического анализа хозяйственной деятельности учреждений, разработка меры по обеспечению режима экономии и повышению эффективности проводимых работ, выявлению резервов, более рациональному использованию всех видов ресурсов. 4. Определение экономической эффективности проводимых работ. 5. Составление различных экономических обоснований, справок, периодической отчетности, относящихся к своему участку работы. 6. Участие в рассмотрении разработанных планов, методических и рабочих программ, вопросов организации выполнения работ, а также в совершенствовании прогрессивных форм труда и управления, плановой и учетной документации. 7. Составление штатного расписания по всем учреждениям. 8. Расчет числа (количества) должностей по всем учреждениям . 9. Проверка смет расходов по спец счету и составление свода по учреждениям (ежегодно). 10. Осуществление разбивки финансирования в размере учреждений и статей бюджетной классификации. 11. Разработка и составление проекта бюджета по всем учреждениям в рамках полномочий (ежегодно). 12. Контроль исполнения смет расходов и рациональное использование бюджетных средств в пределах сметных ассигнований. 13. Работа с договорами по коммунальным услугам в части расчетов. 14. Совместно с директорами подведомственных учреждений разрабатывает программы развития учреждений. 15. Подготовка информации, в соответствии со своими должностными обязанностями, по мере поступления запросов. 16. Ведение реестра договоров 17. Составление соглашений на финансирование муниципальных заданий, а также соглашения на иные цели по учреждениям(внесение изменений); 18. Ведение плановых назначений в программе 1С Бухгалтерия в разрезе учреждений, контроль за плановыми назначениями в СВОДЕ-СМАРТ ежемесячно; 18. Формирование и заполнение документов в программе БЮДЖЕТ- СМАРТ в разрезе учреждений; Иные поручения непосредственного руководителя
