Оформление правоустанавливающих документов на землю; своевременное оформление договоров на проведение кадастровых работ и их сопровождение; формирование комплекта документов для передачи введенного в эксплуатацию объекта капитального строительства (движимого и недвижимого имущества) в государственную собственность Калининградской области; согласования проектных решений в надзорных органах и ресурсоснабжающих организациях; ведение дорожных карт по реализации объектов строительства/реконструкции; сбор исходно-разрешительной документации необходимой для начала проектирования/строительства (реконструкции) с целью получения разрешения на строительство объектов (РнС), регистрация объектов капитального строительства в органах государственного надзора, формирование комплекта документов для получения заключения органов государственного строительного надзора о соответствии построенного, реконструированного объекта капитального строительства требованиям проектной документации (ЗОС) и разрешения на ввод в эксплуатацию объектов капитального строительства (РнВ).

высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование (бакалавриат) и стаж работы по специальности, соответствующей профилю учреждения отрасли хозяйства, не менее 3 лет или среднее профессиональное образование и стаж работы на должностях в соответствующей профилю учреждения отрасли хозяйства не менее 5 лет. - по специальности: Промышленное и гражданское строительство и (или) Строительство, Землеустройство . Грамотность, умение работать в команде, оперативность, дисциплинированность, ответственность, усидчивость, внимательность, стрессоустойчивость
