The posting

1. Организует и обеспечивает своевременное обследование и лечение пациентов в отделении на уровне современных достижений медицинской науки и практики. 2. Распределяет пациентов между врачами отделения, сам ведет лечение положенного количества пациентов. 3. Дежурит в вечернее и ночное время, выходные и праздничные дни по больнице и в отделении или на дому согласно графику, утвержденному заместителем главного врача по детству и родовспоможению. 4. Осуществляет регулярный контроль за работой врачей отделения, в том числе за правильность поставленных диагнозов, качеством проводимого лечения. 5. Анализирует показатели деятельности отделения за квартал и за год; составляет план работы отделения на следующий год. 6. Проводит ежедневные обходы пациентов совместно с врачами и старшей медсестрой. 7. Осматривает вновь поступивших пациентов, а также пациентов, находящихся в тяжелом состоянии. 8. Проводит клинические разборы всех случаев, представляющих затруднения в диагностике и лечении, случаев расхождения диагнозов, а также всех случаев смерти в отделении. 9. Принимает решение о выписке пациентов из отделения, проверяет и подписывает истории болезни и эпикризы на выписавшихся пациентов и при их переводе в другие отделения. 10. При необходимости, по представлению лечащего врача, вызывает консультантов различных специальностей для решения диагностических и лечебных задач. 11. Контролирует правильность и своевременность составления старшей медсестрой требований в аптеку на медикаменты, перевязочный материал, медицинский инвентарь, заверяет их своей подписью. 12. Следит за правильностью хранения, использования, учета расхода перевязочного материала, медикаментов, в т.ч. сильнодействующих веществ, дорогостоящих и дефицитных лекарственных средств. 13. Проверяет правильность и обоснованность выписки листков нетрудоспособности, правильность и своевременность направления пациентов на КЭК. 14. Контролирует режим дня пациентов. 15. Принимает меры по профилактике внутрибольничных инфекций. 16. Контролирует общее и лечебное питание пациентов. 17. Ежедневно присутствует при приеме смены дежурным медицинским персоналом.

высшее медицинское образование по одной из специальностей Лечебное дело, Педиатрия и послевузовское профессиональное образование (интернатура и (или) ординатура) по специальности Педиатрия или профессиональную переподготовку по специальности Педиатрия при наличии послевузовского профессионального образования по специальности Общая врачебная практика (семейная медицина); сертификат или аккредитация специалиста по специальности Педиатрия; стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет.
