Проведение регулярного анализа план-факт по объёмам и структуре продаж, выявление отклонений и их причин. Формирование выводов для корректировки коммерческих и операционных стратегий. Подготовка и актуализация среднесрочных (до 18 месяцев) прогнозов продаж с учётом сезонности, рыночных трендов и клиентских данных. Верификация и калибровка моделей прогнозирования на основе фактических данных. Расчёт потребности в производстве на основе прогноза спроса, определение приоритетов выпуска продукции. Обеспечение контроля товародвижения для минимизации рисков: Overdue (излишки, устаревание товара); OOS (Out of Stock, отсутствие товара на складе); Управление стоком товаров с низкой оборачиваемостью (STO 100 дней). Комплексный анализ цепочки sell in sell out stocks для оценки эффективности работы с каналами сбыта и конечными потребителями. Активное участие в кросс-функциональных встречах с отделом продаж для совместного построения прогнозов по ключевым клиентам. Взаимодействие с производственными, логистическими и финансовыми подразделениями для синхронизации планов. Участие в проектах по автоматизации процессов планирования, внедрение современных IT-инструментов (Excel, Power BI и др.). Оптимизация отчётности и аналитических панелей для повышения скорости и качества принятия решений. Участие в процессе стратегического и долгосрочного планирования продаж, производства и запасов. Разработка, внедрение и совершенствование процедур и регламентов в области планирования, управления запасами и поставок с целью повышения эффективности работы отдела. Проведение комплексного анализа баланса между производством, продажами и запасами (PSI-анализ). Оценка рисков и возможностей, формирование обоснованных выводов и предложений для руководства на основе глубокого анализа данных. Коммуникация с фабриками в Китае по вопросам отгрузки. Создание заказов на поставку.

Глубокие знания и уверенное применение MS Excel (сложные формулы, сводные таблицы, Power Query), а также опыт работы с BI-платформами (например, Power BI) для построения интерактивных отчётов и дашбордов. Развитое математическое и логическое мышление, способность к структурированному анализу больших массивов данных, выявлению закономерностей и формированию обоснованных выводов. Высокий уровень концентрации, способность выявлять и анализировать даже незначительные отклонения в данных, что обеспечивает точность и достоверность аналитических отчётов. Навыки эффективной обработки, систематизации и интерпретации значительных массивов данных в условиях многозадачности и сжатых сроков. Проактивный подход к решению сложных задач, стремление к профессиональному росту, самостоятельный поиск возможностей для оптимизации процессов и повышения эффективности работы. Умение ясно и аргументированно излагать свои мысли, вести конструктивный диалог с коллегами из смежных подразделений
