Помогать пациенту менять положение в постели, использовать специальные средства и принципы эргономики, чтобы не навредить ни пациенту, ни себе. Санитарная обработка и гигиенический уход. Проводить гигиенические процедуры для тяжелобольных: умывание, обтирание кожных покровов, полоскание полости рта Помощь при физиологических отправлениях. Оказывать поддержку пациенту, если у него есть трудности с самостоятельным уходом. Кормление. Кормить пациента, если он не может делать это сам. Также в этой зоне контроль за продуктами: умение выявлять те, что испортились или просрочены. Смена белья. Получать чистое нательное бельё, одежду и обувь, а затем производить смену нательного и постельного белья. Транспортировка и сопровождение. Сопровождать пациента при перемещении по отделению, на процедуры или исследования. Помощь в диагностике. Помогать медицинской сестре измерять температуру тела, частоту пульса, артериальное давление, частоту дыхательных движений, а также проводить простые антропометрические измерения (рост, масса тела). Наблюдение за состоянием. Следить за функциональным состоянием пациента и сразу информировать медицинскую сестру или врача, если заметны какие-то изменения или ухудшение самочувствия. Доставка биоматериала. Своевременно доставлять биологический материал в лабораторию. Оказание первой помощи. При необходимости оказывать первую помощь при угрожающих жизни состояниях. Санитарное содержание. Поддерживать чистоту в помещениях (палатах, коридорах, санузлах), проводить уборку, обеззараживание воздуха, проветривание. Дезинфекция. Проводить дезинфекцию предметов ухода, инвентаря, поверхностей, а также правильно обращаться с медицинскими отходами (сбор, герметизация упаковок, транспортировка в места временного хранения). Соблюдение режима безопасности. Строго следовать санитарно-эпидемиологическим требованиям, правилам охраны труда, правильно использовать средства индивидуальной защиты.

Квалификация младшей медицинской сестры по уходу за больными определяется профессиональным стандартом Младший медицинский персонал, утверждённым приказом Минтруда России от 12.01.2016 №2н. Занятость: 5 рабочих мест - 1,0 ставки, 1 рабочее место - 0,75 ставки.
