Разработка или участие в создании документов правового характера (договоры, приказы, положения, соглашения). Проведение правовой экспертизы проектов документов, проверка их соответствия законодательству. Участие в работе по заключению хозяйственных договоров, анализ условий соглашений. Подготовка материалов для передачи в суд или следственные органы в случаях хищений, недостач, нарушений экологического законодательства. Учёт и хранение судебных и арбитражных дел, материалов в производстве. Рассмотрение обращений пациентов (клиентов) и подготовка обоснованных ответов. Анализ результатов рассмотрения претензий, судебных и арбитражных дел с целью выработки предложений по устранению выявленных недостатков. Контроль за своевременным предоставлением структурными подразделениями справок, расчётов и объяснений для подготовки ответов на претензии. Защита правовых интересов медицинской организации. Консультирование работников по организационно-правовым вопросам, помощь в составлении документов. Оформление материалов о привлечении работников к дисциплинарной и материальной ответственности в установленном порядке. Участие в разработке условий коллективных договоров. Рассмотрение вопросов о дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности. Участие в мероприятиях по укреплению договорной, финансовой и трудовой дисциплины, обеспечению сохранности имущества организации. Систематический учёт и хранение действующих нормативных актов, отслеживание их изменений и дополнений. Информирование работников о действующем законодательстве и изменениях в нём, ознакомление должностных лиц с релевантными нормативными актами.

Образование: среднее профессиональное (юридическое) или высшее образование (юридическое, экономическое или медицинское с последующей переподготовкой по профилю Медицинское право ). Стаж работы: не менее 3 лет в должности юрисконсульта или на иной правовой работе.
