Приём и осмотр пациентов, сбор анамнеза. Врач выясняет жалобы, изучает историю болезни, проводит физикальное обследование, выявляет симптомы хирургических заболеваний и состояний, определяет ведущие синдромы, в том числе у тяжёлых и терминальных больных. Диагностика и дифференциальная диагностика. Назначает и интерпретирует результаты лабораторных, инструментальных и функциональных исследований, ставит основной диагноз, сопутствующие заболевания и осложнения с учётом МКБ, проводит дифференциальную диагностику по алгоритмам и клиническим рекомендациям. Определение тактики лечения. Оценивает показания и противопоказания к оперативному и консервативному лечению, формирует план ведения пациента, включая предоперационную подготовку. Выполнение хирургических вмешательств. Проводит плановые и экстренные операции в рамках своей квалификации, применяет необходимые методики и технологии, соблюдает правила асептики и антисептики. Ведение пациентов в послеоперационном периоде. Контролирует состояние больного, назначает терапию, следит за заживлением ран, профилактирует и лечит осложнения, корректирует лечение по динамике состояния. Оказание экстренной и неотложной помощи. Купирование жизнеугрожающих состояний (кровотечения, шок, напряжённый пневмоторакс и др.) в соответствии с порядками оказания медицинской помощи и клиническими рекомендациями. Направление на консультации и дополнительные обследования. При необходимости оформляет направления к узким специалистам, на высокотехнологичную помощь, в профильные отделения, в том числе в первичные онкологические кабинеты. Экспертиза временной нетрудоспособности. Оформляет листки нетрудоспособности, при признаках стойкой утраты трудоспособности направляет на медико‑социальную экспертизу. Ведение медицинской документации. Заполняет амбулаторные и стационарные карты, протоколы операций, выписные эпикризы, дневники наблюдений, статистические формы, электронные медицинские записи.

Диплом. Аккредитация.

Условия: Хирургическое отделение Приозерская МБ 1/3. Поликлиник Кузнечненская УБ 5/2 -0,5 ставки. Единовременная компенсационная выплата 1,0 млн.руб. Единовременная выплата 100 тыс.руб. выпускникам АМП. Ежегодная выплата 100 тыс.руб. молодым специалистам до 35 лет за каждый отработанный год в течение 3-х лет. Частичная компенсация аренды жилья. Возможность получения земельного участка после 5 лет работы.
