Полный комплекс работ по проведению квалифицированной оценки бизнеса/прав (требований)/НМА/недвижимого и движимого имущества Самостоятельное выполнение всех этапов производства оценки: участие в подготовительной работе, рыночная аналитика, расчеты, составление краткого заключения по результатам оценки, защита итогового результата Определение различных видов стоимостей Проведение теста на экономическое обесценение Построение финансовых моделей с нуля Подготовка задания на оценку Верификация отчетов об оценке Подготовка аналитических заключений/презентаций по результатам оценки/анализа Проведение осмотров Самостоятельное исследование рынков: тренды, драйверы, прогнозы, Проведение финансового и бизнес-анализа клиента и конкурентов, поиск сильных и слабых сторон.

Профильное образование в области оценочной деятельности Знание методологии в области оценки бизнеса/активов/прав (требований) Членство в СРО оценщиков Опыт от 5 лет в оценке бизнеса Наличие действующих Квалификационных аттестатов по направлениям Бизнес Недвижимость Наличие действующего Квалификационного аттестата по направлению Оборудование - как преимущество Опыт в консалтинге (Big 4) как преимущество Уровень английского не ниже C1 (письменный и устный) Готовность к командировкам Отличное владение MS Excel (в т.ч. VBA), MS PowerPoint, 1С Отличные навыки финансового моделирования, умение строить модели с нуля Знание бухгалтерского учета (РСБУ/МСФО), умение анализировать отчетность Отличные навыки поиска информации и проведения собственных финансовых и маркетинговых исследований Знание специфики рынка недвижимости различного функционального назначения, включая особенности получения исходно-разрешительной документации, навыки проведения градостроительного анализа, Опыт Best use анализ земельных участков и недвижимости Опыт проведения тестов на экономическое обесценение для имущественных комплексов/оценки справедливой стоимости для целей МСФО Знание специфики производственной деятельности в различных отраслях Опыт оптимизации производственной деятельности / построения моделей производственной себестоимости (как преимущество) Опыт участия в Due Diligence (как преимущество) Умение структурировать информацию, логически мыслить и чётко формулировать выводы Управленческий подход, умение работать с клиентами и несколькими задачами одновременно Умение выстраивать чёткую логику в презентациях и аналитических отчётах Стрессоустойчивость и самостоятельность Аккуратность в расчётах и документах.
