The posting

Обязанности Организовывать доставку продукции (технические масла, краски) клиентам и обеспечивать загрузку собственного автотранспорта, в том числе сторонними заказами и нуждами предприятий. Планировать рейсы и выстраивать оптимальные маршруты с учётом габаритов и специфики грузов. Искать и привлекать заказчиков на перевозки, вести переговоры, согласовывать условия и стоимость услуг. Контролировать выполнение перевозок, отслеживать транспорт в пути, оперативно решать возникающие проблемы (задержки, перераспределение грузов и т. п.). Вести учёт рейсов, формировать сопроводительную документацию (договоры, накладные, маршрутные листы и пр.), фиксировать ключевые показатели в доступных инструментах (Excel). Минимизировать порожний пробег: подбирать попутные грузы, координировать загрузку/выгрузку, следить за рентабельностью рейсов. Требования Обязателен опыт работы в транспортной логистике (желательно с грузовым автотранспортом и в B2B‑сегменте). Навыки ведения переговоров, умение работать с возражениями и доводить сделку до оформления заявки. Ответственность, внимательность, умение держать несколько задач одновременно и оперативно реагировать на изменения.

Заработная плата: фиксированная часть 35 000 ₽ + процент от продаж (размер процента зависит от объёма и маржинальности рейсов, обсуждается на собеседовании и фиксируется в договоре). График: пятидневная рабочая неделя (пн пт). Официальное оформление по ТК РФ. Самостоятельность в планировании загрузки при наличии общих стандартов работы и контроля показателей.
