Держать под контролем документооборот и работать в ЭДО. Регистрировать входящие документы, ставить на контроль, отслеживать статусы, следить, чтобы ничего не зависло . Отправлять исходящие в срок и без ошибок. Координировать процессы между отделами. Понимать, кто за какой документ отвечает, напоминать о сроках, помогать ускорить согласование там, где это нужно. Выполнять поручения руководства. Делать быстро, аккуратно и в понятном виде: от подготовки справок и писем до организации командировок. Организовывать встречи, совещания и планирование. Вести календарь руководителей, не допускать накладок, готовить материалы, вести протоколы и контролировать исполнение решений. Работать с обращениями пациентов. Принимать, регистрировать, передавать в нужные отделы, готовить ответы в установленные сроки. При этом строго соблюдать правила работы с медицинскими данными и врачебной тайной. Заниматься командировками и логистикой. Бронировать билеты, гостиницы, трансферы, оформлять документы, держать на контроле все детали. Решать технические задачи. Печать, сканирование, копирование, работа с оргтехникой, поддержание порядка в канцелярии и на рабочих местах руководства. Взаимодействовать с внешними службами: почта, курьеры, гостиницы, транспортные компании.

Опыт административной поддержки или делопроизводства (от 1 года). Уверенное владение системами электронного документооборота (ЭДО), Word, Excel, электронной почтой и мессенджерами. Умение держать в голове несколько задач, расставлять приоритеты и не терять сроки. Грамотная устная и письменная речь, спокойный и деловой стиль общения ты будешь взаимодействовать и с врачами, и с пациентами. Понимание важности конфиденциальности: работа в медицинской клинике требует аккуратного обращения с персональными и медицинскими данными. Готовность брать ответственность и доводить задачи до конца.
