The posting

Ваши задачи: Актуализация существующих технологических схем сетей водоснабжения, сжатого воздуха, теплоснабжения, газоснабжения, электроснабжения, сетей водоотведения и других инженерных коммуникаций. Разработка новых технологических схем (составление ведомостей с указанием требуемого объема материала и оборудования, согласование подготовленных документы). Принятие участия в проверке фактически выполненных работ подрядными организациями в части зоны компетенции по монтажу коммуникаций и инженерных систем. Актуализация и разработка инструкций по эксплуатации технологического оборудования, инструкций по охране труда. Проверка проектной документации, строительства и сдачи в эксплуатацию систем теплоснабжения, водоснабжения и водоотведения, воздухоснабжения, газоснабжения. Организация процесса получения и составления технических условий в зоне компетенции должностных обязанностей. Контроль проектирования систем и объектов тепло/водоснабжения/водоотведения, воздухоснабжения, газоснабжения. Разработка технических заданий на ремонт существующих систем и объектов тепловодоснабжения и водоотведения, воздухоснабжения, газоснабжения. Проверка сметной, проектной и рабочей документации в объеме зоны ответственности.

Мы ожидаем: Высшее техническое или средне специальное образование. Стаж работы в должности мастера, начальника участка или инженера не менее двух лет. Инициативность, ответственность, исполнительность, коммуникабельность, умение анализировать, навыки ведения переговоров, уверенный пользователь ПК. Группа по электробезопасности 2.
