The posting

Обеспечивать правильную техническую эксплуатацию и бесперебойную работу оборудования, входящего в состав BMS/EMS. Участвовать в разработке перспективных и текущих планов и графиков работы, технического обслуживания и ремонта оборудования BMS/EMS, мероприятий по улучшению его эксплуатации и повышению эффективности использования электронной техники. Осуществлять подготовку, технический осмотр отдельных устройств и узлов, контролировать параметры и надежность электронных элементов оборудования BMS/EMS, проводить тестовые проверки с целью своевременного обнаружения неисправностей, устранение неисправностей. Производить наладку элементов и блоков PLC, радиоэлектронной аппаратуры и отдельных устройств, и узлов. Организовывать техническое обслуживание электронной техники BMS/EMS, обеспечивать ее работоспособное состояние, рациональное использование, проведение профилактического и текущего ремонта. Осуществлять контроль за проведением ремонта и испытаний электронного оборудования BMS/EMS, за соблюдением инструкций по эксплуатации, техническому уходу за ним. Вести учет и анализ показателей использования оборудования, изучать режимы работы и условия его эксплуатации, разрабатывать нормативные материалы по эксплуатации и техническому обслуживанию оборудования BMS/EMS. Проводить диагностику несоответствий и неполадок системы BMS/EMS, включая базу данных. Составлять заявки на электронное оборудование BMS/EMS и запасные части к нему, техническую документацию на ремонт, отчеты о работе. Осуществлять контроль за своевременным обеспечением электронной техники BMS/EMS запасными частями и материалами.

Высшее профессиональное (инженерное электротехническое) образование; Опыт работы от 3-х лет на производственных предприятиях в технических (ремонтных) службах, в области систем автоматики, слаботочных систем; Опыт проведения ремонтных работ и работ по ТО инженерного оборудования применительно к EMS/BMS здания; Опыт работы в условиях соблюдения стандартов GMP применительно к системам управления в чистых комнатах; Знание оборудования Siemens Simantic, SCADA, WinCC; Уверенный пользователь ПК, программ AutoCAD, Compas; Наличие аттестации по электробезопасности не ниже III гр.
