The posting

Руководство производственным участком по выпуску блоков балансировки (противовесов) для стиральных машин. Обеспечение выполнения планов по объему, качеству и номенклатуре. Контроль технологических процессов (дозирование, виброуплотнение, термообработка). Работа с вибропрессами и дозирующим оборудованием КНР чтение техдокументации на китайском языке, настройка режимов. Управление персоналом (расстановка, инструктаж, контроль). Контроль качества блоков балансировки (вес, геометрия, прочность). Ведение отчетности. Соблюдение ОТ и ТБ (виброоборудование, цементная пыль). Коммуникация с технологами завода в КНР. Знание Китайского языка устная речь на уровне носителя (свободное владение, естественное произношение, понимание сленга и культурных особенностей).

Стаж: от 1 года при ВО, от 3 лет при СПО. Опыт работы с вибропрессами и дозирующим оборудованием КНР, настройка режимов виброуплотнения и термообработки, контроль качества блоков балансировки (вес, геометрия). Обязательно: чтение технической документации на китайском языке. Знание китайского языка. Работа на китайском ооборудовании. Медосмотр, инструктаж по ОТ и ТБ. Знание Китайского языка устная речь на уровне носителя (свободное владение, естественное произношение, понимание сленга и культурных особенностей).
