Организация поиска заказов и анализ закупочной документации Организация работ по участию в закупочных процедурах, объявленных заказчиками Организация участия Университета в конкурсах и программах по предоставлению финансирования на выполнение научно-исследовательских опытно-конструкторских работ, оказание научно-технических услуг Обработка результатов по поиску заказов и участию в закупочных процедурах, конкурсах и программах Мониторинг электронных торговых площадок Подготовка технической и финансовой документации для участия в конкурсах, торгах и аукционах (со стороны поставщика) Оформление коммерческих предложений и формирование ценовых расчетов Анализ требований заказчиков и проведения предварительных исследований рынка перед участием в тендерах Работа с тендерами в соответствии с 44-ФЗ, 223-ФЗ Поиск подходящих видов торгов Подача заявок на участие в тендерах, подготовка пакета документов Сопровождение процесса от подачи заявки до заключения договора, отслеживание документов и сроков Прохождение аккредитации на электронных торговых площадках, актуализация данных участника закупки в ЕИС, оформление и умение работать с ЭЦП Поиск и работа на электронных торговых площадках от лица ТГУ в качестве поставщика, подрядчика, исполнителя (аккредитация на электронных площадках, подача заявок, подписание договоров и т.д.)
