Обязанности заместителя главного врача по клинико-экспертной работе: Возглавлять клинико-экспертную комиссию и обеспечивать условия для её эффективной работы. Участвовать в разработке моделей конечных результатов деятельности учреждения, подразделений и специалистов, представлять их на комиссию для утверждения и реализации. Контролировать выполнение медико-экономических стандартов оказания медицинской помощи, реализацию моделей конечных результатов, проведение экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности. Анализировать клинико-экспертные ошибки, в том числе по экспертизе временной нетрудоспособности, и принимать решения в пределах компетенции по материалам разбора. Взаимодействовать с медико-социальными экспертными комиссиями, страховыми медицинскими компаниями, территориальными фондами обязательного медицинского страхования и социального страхования, рассматривать их иски и претензии. Организовывать повышение квалификации специалистов учреждения по вопросам клинико-экспертной работы, в том числе экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности. Ежеквартально организовывать врачебные конференции по вопросам качества оказания медицинской помощи, заболеваемости, в том числе с временной утратой трудоспособности, с анализом допущенных врачебных ошибок. Рассматривать обращения пациентов по вопросам качества оказания медицинской помощи и экспертизы временной утраты трудоспособности, профессиональной ориентации и профессиональной пригодности. Контролировать ведение медицинской документации, статистического учёта и отчётности по курируемым разделам работы.

Образование: высшее медицинское образование по одной из специальностей: Лечебное дело, Педиатрия, Медико-профилактическое дело, Стоматология . Также необходима подготовка в интернатуре или ординатуре по специальности Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье или профессиональная переподготовка по этой специальности. Опыт практической работы: не менее пяти лет в должности врача-специалиста или не менее трёх лет в должности руководителя структурного подразделения медицинской организации. Знания: Конституция РФ, основы охраны здоровья граждан в РФ, нормативно-правовые документы по клинико-экспертной работе и другие. Навыки: разработка планов деятельности и программ, организация сбора и анализа информации, постановка целей и формулировка задач, определение приоритетов и другие. Особые условия допуска к работе: сертификат специалиста, прохождение обязательных и периодических медицинских осмотров, отсутствие ограничений на занятие профессиональной деятельностью.
