Мы активно развиваемся и увеличиваем объёмы перевозок — именно поэтому сейчас ищем ответственного водителя, который станет важной частью нашей команды. У нас нет бюрократических задержек: любые рабочие вопросы решаются оперативно, ведь механик и руководство всегда на связи. Благодаря компактной структуре компании каждый сотрудник чувствует свою значимость, а текучка кадров практически отсутствует — люди работают с нами долго и с удовольствием. Условия работы: База компании расположена в Санкт‑Петербурге (посёлок Шушары, ул. Ленина, 5к2) — удобная локация для выезда на маршруты по городу, области и в соседние регионы. Маршруты преимущественно по Санкт‑Петербургу, Ленинградской области, Великому Новгороду, Пскову; периодически — межгород (Мурманск, Архангельск, Москва, Петрозаводск). Работа на тягаче с бортовым полуприцепом; автомобиль содержится в нормальном техническом состоянии. Предоставление транспондеров для проезда по трассам М‑11 и ЗСД — экономия времени и удобство на платных дорогах. Трудоустройство строго по ТК РФ — официальные гарантии и защита ваших прав. Оплачиваемый отпуск в соответствии с законодательством. Стабильная оплата труда по схеме «оклад + наработка» — ваш доход напрямую зависит от активности и выполненных рейсов. Выплаты без задержек; график выплат согласовывается индивидуально (как правило — два раза в месяц), командировочные выдаются перед рейсом. Корпоративная мобильная связь — все рабочие звонки за счёт компании. Собственная ремонтная база и команда механиков: техника всегда под контролем, плановые и внеплановые ремонты выполняют специалисты. Водитель не привлекается к серьёзному ремонту — только мелкие оперативные действия (замена лампочек и аналогичные несложные задачи). Все документы (путёвые листы, предрейсовые и послерейсовые осмотры) оформляются в полном соответствии с требованиями законодательства — никакой самодеятельности, только чёткие и прозрачные процессы. Требования к кандидату: Чистоплотность и бережное отношение к транспортному средству — мы ценим аккуратность и заботу о технике. Базовые технические знания устройства автомобиля — для понимания основных процессов и выполнения элементарных операций. Обязанности: Управление грузовым транспортным средством (тягач с полуприцепом) на закреплённых маршрутах в соответствии с заданием. Выполнение мелких оперативных действий по поддержанию работоспособности автомобиля (замена ламп, проверка жидкостей и т. п.) и строгое соблюдение правил оформления сопроводительной документации.
