работа на 0,5 ставки Осуществлять руководство деятельностью отделения паллиативной медицинской помощи Вихоревской городской больницы в соответствии с положением о структурном подразделении, его функциями и задачами в отсутствие руководителя отделения. Обеспечивать соблюдение трудового законодательства и охраны труда в отделении паллиативной медицинской помощи. Организовывать труд медицинского и прочего персонала, контролировать выполнение ими своих обя занностей. Обеспечивать условия для нормальной работы медицинского персонала, общий порядок в отделении. Принимать меры по обеспечению выполнения работниками отделения своих должностных обязанностей, правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, противопожарной безопасности и техники безопасности, санитарно-эпидемиологического режима, мероприятий по противодействию террористической деятельности. Анализировать работу структурного подразделения за отчетный период, представлять отчет о работе структурного подразделения в установленном порядке. Вносить предложения о рациональной расстановке кадров медицинского и прочего персона ла, с последующим ут верждением заведующим отделением, а его отсутствии заведующим больницей. Производить своевременное замещение медицинского и прочего персонала. Осуществлять своевременное пополнение отделения медицинским инструментарием, медикаментами, предметами ухода за пациентами, организовывать их рас пределение и контролировать их расходование. Обеспечивать сохранность имущества и медицинско го инвентаря в отделении и своевременный ремонт оборудования. Контролировать выполнение персоналом установлен ного режима дня отделения и проведение противо эпидемических мероприятий. Обеспечивать и строго контролировать соблюдение правил асептики и антисептики персоналом отделе ния. Следить за четким соблюдением медицинским и прочим персоналом отделения, пациен тами и посетителями правил внутреннего трудового распорядка. Следить за прохождением соответствующего первичного инструкта жа вновь принятым на работу в отделение персона лом, проводить периодический инструктаж по ТБ, противопожарной безопасности, знакомить персонал с правилами и нормами охраны труда, мероприятиями по противодействию террористической деятельности. Контролировать своевременное прохождение медицинских осмотров персонала отделения. Контролировать надлежащее санитарно-гигиениче ское состояние помещений отделения, своевременно планировать и проводить текущий ремонт отделения. Обеспечивать правильность хранения и учет расходных материалов, лекарственных средств, в том числе силь нодействующих, ядовитых и особо дефицитных ме дикаментов. Своевременно предоставлять заявку на необходимые лекарственные средства, расходные материалы и оборудование старшей медицинской сестре больницы.
