The posting

Обязанности логопеда-дефектолога для детей с ментальными нарушениями: Диагностика: логопедическое обследование с учётом сенсорных и поведенческих особенностей; адаптация материалов; заключение и динамическое наблюдение. Коррекция: индивидуальные и групповые занятия по запуску речи, коррекции звукопроизношения, развитию понимания речи, формированию коммуникации (просьба, диалог). Использование PECS, жестов, планшетов. Элементы ESDM, ABA, TEACCH, сенсорной интеграции. Работа с нежелательным поведением через заменяющие навыки - приветствуется. Подготовка к школе. Консультирование: родителей по речевому развитию, выбору маршрута, альтернативной коммуникации, закреплению навыков дома. Обучение родителей практическим приёмам. Консультирование коллег. Методическая работа: создание визуальной поддержки и адаптация среды; ведение документации; участие в разработке АООП; профилактика нарушений речи. Команда: взаимодействие с другими специалистами, участие в супервизиях; согласование целей. Развитие: изучение и внедрение современных методик; участие в семинарах, конференциях. Специфика: принцип не навреди; сенсорная безопасность; гибкость к состоянию ребёнка; ориентация на функциональную речь; поддержка родителей как участников процесса.

Образование: высшее дефектологическое или логопедическое образование (по профилю логопедия или специальная психология и педагогика ). Опыт: работа с детьми с РАС, ЗПР, ментальными нарушениями (от 1 года). Знания: возрастная психология и педагогика; методы диагностики речевых нарушений; основы АВА, ESDM, TEACCH, сенсорной интеграции - приветствуются; альтернативная коммуникация (PECS, жесты); принципы работы с нежелательным поведением; нормативная база (ФГОС, АООП, профстандарт). Навыки: проведение занятий в игровой форме; работа в междисциплинарной команде; ведение документации; консультирование родителей. Личные качества: терпение, эмпатия, гибкость, стрессоустойчивость, умение работать с обратной связью.
