The posting

Техническое руководство предприятием, обеспечение бесперебойной работы, модернизации и обслуживания роботизированных комплексов по окраске пластиковых автокомпонентов. Организация и контроль процессов пусконаладки, калибровки и планово-предупредительного ремонта (ППР) высокотехнологичного промышленного оборудования южнокорейского производства. Внедрение и контроль соблюдения жестких технологических стандартов, регламентов промышленной безопасности и систем экологического менеджмента, принятых в материнской компании. Непосредственное ежедневное взаимодействие с корейскими инженерами-разработчиками оборудования, производителями промышленных роботов и поставщиками ЛКМ по вопросам оптимизации технологических циклов. Управление лабораторией контроля качества: контроль физико-химических свойств лакокрасочных материалов, адгезии и полимеризации пластиков (ABS, PP/EPDM) по стандартам корейских автоконцернов. Разработка технической документации, модернизация производственных линий и ведение регулярной инженерной отчетности перед техническим департаментом головной компании в Южной Корее.

Свободное владение корейским языком (уровень TOPIK II, Уровень 5 6) обязательно. Необходим навык чтения и актуализации оригинальной конструкторской, технологической и эксплуатационной документации на корейском языке, а также ведения оперативных технических совещаний с корейскими шеф-инженерами. Знание английского языка (не ниже Upper-Intermediate) для работы с международными техническими регламентами. Опыт работы на должностях технического директора, главного инженера или главного технолога от 5 лет строго на предприятиях, использующих южнокорейские автоматизированные роботизированные линии окраски платика. Глубокие практические знания химических процессов нанесения ЛКМ на полимеры и методов предотвращения/устранения специфических дефектов окраски (соринность, кратеры, шагрень, непрокрас) по азиатским методикам контроля качества. Подтвержденный опыт программирования, настройки и технического обслуживания промышленных роботов-манипуляторов корейского производства (например, Hyundai Robotics, Doosan Robotics или используемых на заводах холдинга аналогов). Знание корейских стандартов промышленного инжиниринга и корпоративной этики взаимодействия технических служб. Экспертный уровень работы в специализированных корейских инженерных программных комплексах и системах управления производством (MES/ERP), интегрированных с базами данных головной компании.
