Обеспечивать надлежащий уровень обследования и лечения больных в соответствии с европейскими стандартами EBPG, FME. Проводить осмотры каждого пациента, приходящего в его смены, находящегося на лечении гемодиализом в амбулаторном режиме, а также экстренные осмотры диализных больных. Владеть методиками ведения больных на диализе, проведения процедур гемодиализа, гемофильтрации, гемодиафильтрации и других разрешенных лечебных процедур в пределах своей компетенции. Вести в установленном законом порядке истории болезни амбулаторных больных, находящихся на лечении диализом. Осуществлять дневниковые записи в истории болезни у стабильных амбулаторных больных не реже 1 раза в 2 недели. У проблемных больных чаще, вплоть до ежедневных. Первичный осмотр больного с диагнозом, планом обследования, диализного и медикаментозного лечения в день поступления больного на диализ. Рассчитывать и выбирать необходимый режим аппаратного лечения и медикаментозной терапии. Следить за правильностью оформления протоколов операции по установленному образцу. Регулярно контролировать адекватность проводимого лечения, оформлять этапный и месячный эпикризы по установленному образцу, корректировать режим диализного и медикаментозного лечения. Владеть методикой введения данных в компьютерную базу данных EuCLiD
