The posting

1. Медсестра медицинского блока школы оказывает помощь врачу в проведении медицинских осмотров (подготовка документов, проведение скрининг тестов, антропометрии других обследований, направление учащихся в лечебные учреждения). 2. Контролирует выполнение учащимися всех назначений, сделанных во время медицинского осмотра. 3. Ведёт учёт школьников, взятых на диспансерный учёт (учётная форма№30) и систематически контролирует выполнение ими всех назначений врачей, включая повторного наблюдения. 4. Ведёт учёт и наблюдение за всеми школьниками, имеющими отклонения в состоянии здоровья, но не состоящих на диспансерном учёте (учётная форма №30). 5. Ведёт амбулаторный приём и оказывает неотложную доврачебную и первую помощь. 6. Проводит противоэпидемические мероприятия и профилактические прививки. 7. Ведёт учёт инфекционных и неинфекционных заболеваний и травм. 8. Контролирует санитарно-гигиеническое состояние помещений и участка школы. 9. Контролирует соблюдение требований по рассаживанию детей в соответствии с их ростом и состоянием здоровья. 10. Осуществляет контроль за физическим воспитанием школьников. 11. Контролирует организацию учебного режима и питания. 12. Организует сбор материала для анализа на яйца глистов и проводит дегельминтизацию. 13. Проводит санитарно-просветительную работу среди школьников, родителей и учителей. 14. Ведёт учёт и отвечает за хранение медикаментов, медицинского инвентаря и следит за своевременным их пополнением. 15. Осуществляет систематический контроль за состоянием медицинской документации школы и ведёт её по установленным формам. 16. Помогает врачу в составлении годового отчёта и в проведении его анализа. 17. Участвует в работе мед.сестринских конференциях, семинарах.
