Исполнение полномочий органа местного самоуправления в сфере обеспечения безопасности дорожного движения на территории Полевского муниципального округа, в соответствии с Федеральными законами, законами Свердловской области и правовыми актами местного самоуправления, в т.ч.: - Реализация мероприятий по обеспечению транспортной безопасности объектов транспортной инфраструктуры Администрации ПМО; - Заполнение и ведение данных о муниципальных дорогах Полевского муниципального округа в информационных системах: Система контроля дорожных фондов (СКДФ), Автоматизированная система контроля транспортного комплекса (АСУ ТК); - Участие в приемке работ (услуг) по результатам выполненных работ (услуг) муниципальных контрактов, а также в составлении претензий при ненадлежащем исполнении обязательств муниципальных контрактов; - Осуществление контроля за сроками и качеством выполнения всех работ, за их соответствием утвержденной проектно-сметной документации; - Проведение обследований элементов обустройства автомобильных дорог улично-дорожной сети Полевского муниципального округа. - Осуществлять подготовку ответов на обращения граждан по личным вопросам в рамках компетенции Отдела в установленном порядке.

Инженер должен знать: - Конституцию Российской Федерации, федеральные законы, указы Президента Российской Федерации и постановления Правительства Российской Федерации, законы, нормативные правовые акты Свердловской области; иные нормативные акты и служебные документы, регулирующие соответствующую сферу деятельности применительно к исполнению конкретных должностных обязанностей; норм делового общения; основ делопроизводства; порядка работы со служебной и секретной информацией; правил охраны труда и противопожарной безопасности; - основы трудового законодательства; - принципы работы, технические характеристики, конструктивные особенности разрабатываемых и используемых технических средств, материалов и их свойства; - основные требования, предъявляемые к технической документации, материалам, изделиям; - технические регламенты, национальные стандарты, технические условия, положения и инструкции по составлению и оформлению технической документации; - навыки работы в сфере дорожного хозяйства; оперативной реализации управленческих решений.
