Организация и непосредственное проведение внешнего муниципального финансового контроля в пределах компетенции контрольно-счетного органа

Знание Конституции Российской Федерации, федерального законодательства, в том числе бюджетного законодательства Российской Федерации и иных нормативных правовых актов, регулирующих бюджетные правоотношения, законодательства Российской Федерации о противодействии коррупции, Конституции Республики Саха (Якутия), законов Республики Саха (Якутия) и иных нормативных правовых актов, Устава муниципального района Среднеколымский улус (район) и иных муниципальных правовых актов применительно к исполнению должностных обязанностей, а также общих требований к стандартам внешнего государственного и муниципального аудита (контроля) для проведения контрольных и экспертно-аналитических мероприятий контрольно-счетными органами субъектов Российской Федерации и муниципальных образований, утвержденных Счетной палатой Российской Федерации и Счетной палатой Республики Саха (Якутия) На муниципальную службу вправе поступать граждане, достигшие возраста 18 лет, владеющие государственным языком Российской Федерации и соответствующие квалификационным требованиям, установленным в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 02 марта 2007г. "О муниципальной службе в Российской Федерации" №25-ФЗ для замещения должностей муниципальной службы, при отсутствии обстоятельств, указанных в статье 13 Федерального закона №25-ФЗ в качестве ограничений, связанных с муниципальной службой.
