Психологическая диагностика. Педагог‑психолог выявляет особенности развития и эмоционального состояния учащихся. В эту группу обязанностей входит: проведение скрининговых обследований (например, диагностика адаптации первоклассников или пятиклассников при переходе в среднюю школу); углублённая диагностика по запросу (классного руководителя, родителей или в связи с трудностями в обучении/поведении); использование стандартизированных методик и наблюдение, фиксация результатов, составление психологических заключений; мониторинг личностных и метапредметных результатов в соответствии с требованиями ФГОС. Коррекционно‑развивающая работа. Цель помочь детям преодолеть трудности и развить нужные навыки. Сюда входит: разработка и проведение индивидуальных и групповых коррекционно‑развивающих занятий (по развитию внимания, памяти, саморегуляции, снижению тревожности и т. п.); работа с детьми с особыми образовательными потребностями, в том числе по рекомендациям ПМПК; сопровождение одарённых детей: развитие креативности, помощь в построении индивидуального образовательного маршрута. Консультативная работа. Психолог консультирует разные группы участников образовательного процесса: учащихся по вопросам самоопределения, взаимоотношений, стресса, учебных трудностей; родителей по возрастным особенностям, воспитанию, взаимодействию с ребёнком, кризисным ситуациям; педагогов и администрацию по вопросам работы с трудными классами, профилактики конфликтов, выбора педагогических подходов с учётом психологии детей. Психопрофилактика и просвещение. Это про предупреждение проблем и повышение психологической грамотности: профилактические мероприятия по предупреждению дезадаптации, буллинга, эмоционального выгорания; лекции, тренинги, родительские собрания и классные часы на психологические темы; формирование психологической культуры в школе: обучение педагогов основам возрастной психологии, навыкам ненасильственного общения и т. д. Экспертиза и сопровождение образовательной среды. Психолог оценивает, насколько школа комфортна и безопасна для детей: диагностика психологического климата в классах и в коллективе; анализ безопасности образовательной среды, выявление рисков; участие в разработке программ воспитания, социализации и профориентации с учётом психологических особенностей учащихся. Документация и планирование. Обязательная организационная часть работы: составление годового и календарно‑тематического плана работы; ведение журналов учёта видов деятельности (диагностика, консультации, занятия), протоколов, заключений; подготовка аналитических отчётов по итогам полугодия и года; оформление документов для ПМПК, внутришкольного учёта и других комиссий. Взаимодействие с внешними структурами. В ряде случаев психолог координирует помощь за пределами школы: направление на ПМПК при необходимости углублённого обследования; взаимодействие с социальными службами, медицинскими учреждениями, органами опеки при работе с детьми в трудной жизненной ситуации.
