Анализировать расчеты и предложения курируемых главных распорядителей: комитета социальной политики администрации города, кроме расходов, связанных с обеспечением его функционирования; управления жилищной политики администрации города по разделу Социальная политика; комитета дорожного хозяйства и транспорта администрации города по разделу Социальная политика; управления опеки и попечительства администрации города к проекту городского бюджета и готовить другие необходимые материалы к нему. Анализировать предложения курируемых главных распорядителей по включению в проект городского бюджета соответствующих межбюджетных трансфертов. Анализировать расчеты и предложения курируемых главных распорядителей по внесению изменений в городской бюджет. Анализировать обращения курируемых главных распорядителей по внесению изменений в сводную бюджетную роспись городского бюджета и оформлять в установленном порядке необходимые документы по внесению изменений в сводную бюджетную роспись городского бюджета. Анализировать заявки курируемых главных распорядителей на доведение предельных объемов оплаты денежных обязательств (предельных объемов финансирования) и уточненные заявки на их изменение для составления и ведения кассового плана исполнения городского бюджета. Анализировать бюджетную отчетность курируемых главных распорядителей об исполнении городского бюджета и сводную бухгалтерскую отчетность муниципальных бюджетных и автономных учреждений, подведомственных комитету социальной политики администрации города. Анализировать и согласовывать предложения комитета социальной политики администрации города по установлению лимитов фонда оплаты труда работникам подведомственных муниципальных учреждений и внесению изменений в них. Анализировать сведения курируемых главных распорядителей по отдельным направлениям расходования бюджетных средств. Анализировать расчеты курируемых главных распорядителей по ожидаемому исполнению расходов городского бюджета.

Государственное и муниципальное управление, экономика, финансы и кредит, менеджмент, экономика и бухгалтерский учет (по отраслям), финансы, банковское дело или иные аналогичные специальности, направления подготовки, содержащиеся в ранее применяемых перечнях специальностей и направлений подготовки, для которых законодательством об образовании в Российской Федерации установлено соответствие указанным специальностям и направлениям подготовки.
