Компания «БСМ-МЕТАЛЛ» — более 9 лет комплексного снабжения объектов промышленного строительства «под ключ» Кто мы: Мы — команда, которая закрывает потребности крупнейших производственников и строительных компаний в металлопрокате в режиме одного окна. Российское и зарубежное производство, все виды сортового проката, изготовление продукции по чертежам заказчика. Мы не просто поставщик. Мы — сервис, который берёт на себя всю комплектацию заявки и предлагает клиентам отсрочку платежа. Именно поэтому с нами работают надолго. Мы ищем: Менеджера по продажам B2B, который умеет: · выстраивать доверительные и долгосрочные отношения со снабженцами; · работать по технологии продаж, а не «на удачу»; · вести сделку от заявки до оплаты, не теряя клиента на полпути. Опыт в B2B-продажах — обязателен. Опыт в металлопрокате — плюс, но не решающий: мы дадим стратегию, обучение и наставника. Что вас ждёт: Готовая база из 20 ключевых клиентов. Не нужно искать с нуля — нужно выстроить отношения в глубину и вывести каждого на плановые объёмы. Чёткая цель: 2 млн рублей маржинальной прибыли в месяц с этих клиентов. Срок — 3–6 месяцев. У нас есть пошаговая стратегия, как к этому прийти. Один из наших менеджеров дошёл до результата за 2 месяца. Продажи. Ваша задача — общаться, выстраивать отношения, продавать и доводить счёт, логистика, комплектация, отгрузка, также на Вас. Целевой клиент: крупные строительные компании (промышленные объекты) и крупные производственники. Что мы предлагаем · Оклад — обсуждаем индивидуально, исходя из вашей компетенции. · % от продаж — без потолка. · Совокупный доход при выходе на плановые показатели — 200 000 ₽+. · Обучение и наставничество — руководитель лично ведёт вас к результату. · Реальные преимущества в продажах: сервис «одного окна», полная комплектация заявки, отсрочка платежа для клиента. · Карьерный рост до РОПа, а далее до директора филиала. Вы нам подойдёте, если: · У вас есть опыт продаж в B2B. · Вы знаете технологию продаж и умеете ею пользоваться. · Вы способны выстраивать доверительные и долгосрочные отношения — с клиентами, а не с чеками. · Вам интересно работать с крупными игроками рынка и решать их задачи комплексно.
