Понимание инфраструктуры и сетей. Работа с инструментами защиты. Умение настраивать и администрировать средства защиты: файрволы, IDS/IPS, EDR-системы, SIEM-системы (для мониторинга и анализа событий безопасности). Криптография. Понимание принципов шифрования, работы с сертификатами, отечественными средствами защиты (например, ViPNet, КриптоПро). Анализ данных. Знание отраслевых стандартов и норм. В банке критически важно разбираться в требованиях Банка России (например, ГОСТы, положения о защите информации), PCI DSS (для платёжных систем), 152-ФЗ (о персональных данных). Управление рисками. Умение идентифицировать угрозы, оценивать риски и предлагать меры по их снижению. Реагирование на инциденты.

- высшее профессиональное образование технического направления по профилю работы и стаж работы в финансово-банковской сфере или в иной сфере деятельности, связанный с выполнением аналогичной работы, не менее одного года (возможно рассмотрение кандидатов без опыта работы); - Аналитическое мышление. - Коммуникация. - Командная работа. - Внимательность к деталям. - Стрессоустойчивость. - Готовность к постоянному обучению. - Тайм-менеджмент.
